LND Jewellery offers **FREE SHIPPING** on all items, including custom pieces.

## DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

- **Standard Orders**: Tracked 48-hour delivery service (timeframes may vary)
- **International**: 5-14 business days depending on destination and customs
- **Custom Orders**: 15-25 day production period before shipping

## TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order is dispatched.

## ADDRESS ACCURACY

- It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping information
- **LND Jewellery is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information**
- Address changes must be requested before dispatch via lndjewelleryiom@gmail.com

## CUSTOMS & TAXES

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

## INSURANCE

- Standard insurance up to £250 for all shipments
- Enhanced insurance for orders over £500

## LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

- **Lost Packages**: Notify us within 48 hours of stated delivery date
- **Damaged Packages**: Contact us within 24 hours with photos of damage
